Hotel Reservations

Note: NARPM does not use 3rd party contractors to book hotel rooms and attendees should only book their rooms directly with the hotels.

Room Rates

• Guest room rates start at $269 per night. Room rates are available until March 1, 2025 or until the room block is sold out.

Guarantee Type

• Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a non-refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking.

Cancellation
Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to two night’s room and tax cancellation fee.  

Resort Service Charge
A daily $42 Resort Service Charge and tax will apply.

Parking

• Valet Parking is at Broadmoor Main & Broadmoor West for $45 per night with 24 hr. in and out services
• Parking Garage is in Broadmoor Hall Garage for $35 per night with full in and out privileges

Located in the resort complex rooms have either one king or two double beds, large closets, and spacious marble 5-fixture baths. Sitting area with large chair and ottoman.
